Master Bedroom Rendering

Built in the 1920’s, this Dutch Colonial home is a small two-story single family dwelling with a four-square layout, revolving around a central staircase. Columns and pocket doors on the first floor close off areas from each other, creating a more intimate feel, perfect for entertaining. The family room centers around a large stone fireplace and several windows offer plenty of natural light. The interior of the home is influenced by nature with warm woods and earthy colors; The décor and furnishings draw heavy influences from Prairie, Mission, and Craftsman styles, complimenting the natural character. Symmetrical from the outside, the home has a Gambrel roof and Dormer windows, indicative of the Dutch Colonial style. This fully restored home was and still is ideal for the small working-class family who is in search for a small home with big character.
